All these feeling come to my mind because of the Hong Kong (HK)lifestyles. Almost all the girls in HK care about their weights very much, so they control themselves very well. For example, they eat very little amounts of foods or skip dinner. I am not the kind of people who can skip a meal or eat less. I love eating (I think I got this from my boyfriend). I used to be able to control myself before I met him. I love it because I enjoy my foods very much. Of course I love him very much. Still... I think I need to start controlling myself.
So, I need to figure out a best way to lose some weights. If any of you have any good suggestions, please feel free to comment below. I would love to see the methods. Thank you!
